Starting in the summer of 2009, the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre started a project to update their online presence.
There did not exist much documented content for the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre online. The website at the time had 6 pages that then linked to pages throughout the existing UHN.ca site or sent users to external links. There was also no specific page for patients who may be visiting the Princess Margaret.
A team of 4 were put together to develop site maps and collect content. Through interviews with organizational stakeholders and competitive analysis the site was divided into different audiences. From there the team worked on collecting content associated with their respective audiences.
- I led the team through the process of collecting content, creating a site maps, workflows and building wireframes.
